About Dr. Foulds

Prior to obtaining a medical doctorate from George Washington University School of Medicine, Dr. Carol Foulds earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Smith College. She went on to earn a master's in physical chemistry at Texas A & M University.

Dr. Foulds completed an internship at the University of Texas, Houston, and a dermatology residency at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. Dr. Foulds did additional training as the Baylor University Psoriasis Fellow. Only one physician per year is awarded this prestigious position.

She has also received extensive training in a wide variety of cosmetic procedures including the use and application of many different laser systems. She has practiced general dermatology, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic dermatology in Kansas and California for 11 years.

Dr. Foulds is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
